Beach Cleaning Update

Beach Cleaning Campaign Update - 8 Tonnes and Counting!! The new beach cleaning season has started with events over the past 2 weekends. The amounts collected were 76kgs and 44kgs. Ulverston Town Council Planning Application

Shipping Container Shelving For Beach Cleaning Equipment

Last Thursday, 3rd August, Steve Benn of Natural England and Ewan Scott of Furness College, took 30 BAE Higher Apprentices onto the North Walney NNR and during the course of the day 250kgs of litter and marine detritus was collected.
